Grievance Policy and Procedure
Grievances related to MARCO or a MARCO Certified Recovery Community Organization (RCO) may be presented through a grievance procedure, without fear of restraint, interference, or reprisal.
Grievances related to a MARCO Certified RCO:
While most grievances should be brought to the MARCO Certified RCO first, MARCO is dedicated to promptly investigating all grievances covered under its grievance policy and procedure.
